Thirteen Skyfold partitions are installed in training and conference rooms. Each electrically-operated partition raises to fold into a recessed “pocket” in the ceiling, maximizing useable floor space for the owner.
Hufcor operable panel partitions are utilized in the auditorium to divide space. Panel heights are stepped to match the riser heights and floor elevations. The finish on the panels is black to help them “disappear” in the darkened auditorium atmosphere.
Irwin Auditorium Seating is installed in the enormous multi-purpose auditorium. Over 2,000 of Irwin’s high back “Signature” chairs are installed in the lower level. These chairs have oversized Rosewood-stained maple armrests with built-in cupholders. ADA swing-out end panels are installed in locations throughout the theater to assist those with disabilities. Irwin standard LED aisle lights are installed on the end standards. The back sections of the theater have over 3,000 Irwin high back “Marquee” chairs with back-mounted cupholders and maple armrests.
Because this auditorium is used for multiple functions, and the presentations will require different capacities and performance/demonstration areas, the nearly 350 chairs closest to the stage are mounted to moveable bases. Fully-assembled pairs of chairs can be removed from the auditorium to make room for presentations requiring floor space or stage expansion. The moveable bases are a standard option available on nearly all of our Irwin auditorium seating.
